Summer has finally arrived (sort of) in London! This past Sunday at church I actually saw many people with sunburns and suntans just from being outside the day before. I have really missed the sun, can you tell?
Over the years people have always been
surprised when they find out how old I
am. I always joke that I stay young by
hanging out with young people. I know
I joke about it, but I do believe that it is
partly true! This past month I have been
enjoying the presence of some amazing
young adults!
When I came back from Poland last
month, we had 3 twenty-somethings
come to stay with us from America. All
3 of them have a passion to reach
students and two of them specifically
work on a campus in Nashville. People
across the world are beginning to have their hearts stirred up for Europe and these 3 young adults flew to Poland and London to pray and scout out the land for what God has in store for their futures.
I have also been meeting up individually with all of our students to pray with them about what is next after they graduate or for next year’s studies as well as personal things. I am always so amazed at how God is transforming so many of their lives!
This month we also have a new addition to our house. Esty, who is 18 years old and from Ukraine, has come to volunteer for 2 months at our church. She has just finished
her first year at university in Lithuania and loves Jesus!
She is bringing life and new ideas to our house and to our
staff and I look forward to seeing what God is going to do
in and through her this month.
Thank you so much for praying for London and for me during this intense time. I’m sure that many of you have seen the events that have happened over the last few months as well as the elections that have created a lot of turmoil.
Your continual prayers and support financially are such an incredible blessing! You are reaching so many generations and nations!
Lots of love,
Traci
I can’t believe another month has already flown by this year! We are still waiting on warm weather here in London. If you are where there is warm weather please send it this way!
This past month has been full of activities and I’ve loved seeing God working in and through people’s lives in so many ways. We had 22 people go through our New Decisions Course. It’s incredible to see how they come in to the course and the transformation that takes place over 5 days through God’s Healing and restoration in knowing who we are in Him.
A group of our ladies also joined 11,000 women from 48 different countries at Hillsong’s Colour Conference this past week! It’s always an encouraging time for us as women to join together in worship as well as hearing dynamic speakers speaking truth.
One thing I also started doing this month was meeting up differently with our small group leaders. I’ve started monthly online huddles with the ladies and I have another pastor doing online huddles with our men. With many people having families and travel in London taking up quite a bit of time, we needed to find an easier way to meet up. These online meetings make it so much easier! Please pray for us as we lead these meetings encouraging and investing into our leaders as they lead so many in our congregation.
This week our staff is heading to Krakow, Poland for our Every Nation Europe Leaders Conference. I love this conference because it is not only an incredible time of input for us as leaders but also because seeing, connecting and praying with our other Every Nation Churches across Europe is powerful! I’m also looking forward to being part of the worship team while we are there!
Please pray for me as I travel this week and also as I begin to prepare for future speaking engagements in the near future. You are amazing and I so appreciate all of your love, prayers and support!
Lots of love,
Traci
The daffodils have come and gone and now tulips are in full swing here in London so Spring must be here right? The sun has been making short appearances and we have had a few warmish days but the cold weather is still hanging on. I’ve been brave and not worn a scarf or warm jacket a few times and have regretted it later. I still have hope though that constant warm weather is around the corner!
Even though the weather hasn’t changed much, we have been seeing change in people’s lives this past month! Angelina, whom I have mentioned a few times in past letters was unable to find a job to stay in the country so she had to return to Malaysia. The night before she left though, a room full of us gathered in her flat and squeezed into her bathroom to see her get baptised! I loved this evening because it was her public declaration that she belongs to Christ and it was very important for her to do it as she was returning to her Hindu family who still does not know she is Christian. We are all trusting that God will give her favour and opportunities to share her faith at home. I also loved the evening because after looking at the picture of those that came to celebrate her baptism, I realised that out of 12 people, we were from 9 different countries!
The next day was our annual Freedom Day. We had 20 people from our 3 different congregations come together for a day of teaching and ministry to experience breakthrough and freedom in their lives.
Over the past few weeks I have also had the opportunity to teach a session on our Follow One Course on understanding that repentance from sin and dead works, and putting your trust fully in God, are steps that take you home to the Father’s gracious embrace and full restoration. I also taught at our Follow Two Course on fruitfulness and how we as we remain in Him, God has purposed that our lives will be fruitful.
Thank you so much for your prayers covering myself and our staff on health issues. We have all been feeling so much better! Your prayers and support are much needed and so appreciated!
Lots of love,
Traci
